If you are dead set on using Williams I am sure that would work. OTH why bother with the effort and just get a stick of Arko or Palmolive which perform even better imo.

Really could not say say what the ratio of glycerin to Williams was. I just hit it pretty heavy with the glycerin and you likely don't need as much as I used. Not very scientific I'm afraid.
