A couple of water spots are not the end of the world. Keep the razor dry from now on and those spots likely may not get worse. That gives you time to consider your options too.

Have you tried stropping it on linen/canvas etc first? That may polish off the water marks.

You can try using an eraser on just the spots before trying anything else.

Do not use WD sandpaper but you can try a metal polish. Do not get the polish on the beveled edge or on the gold etched...
