Yea, my impression of the blue bowl is that it is serviceable but i'd rather use my other soaps. Seems the black and blue bowls, there is a joke in there somewhere, are related.

I don't think that is likely that they would market 2 different products but instead market one that meets all the different regulations in all possible markets.

Haven't seen the black bowl Wilky but iirc the black bowl shave soap from way back had silicone in the formula and that is not put in soap anymore by law. I would doubt the new black bowl version is...
