I think i asked all the Fibre-optics suppliers in my contry (Romania) and nothing. Only one of them have such films on stoc, but they sell minimum 50 pieces of each grit...

I have find 2 stores in Europe that have this films, both in UK:
Cousins have 3 and 9 microns...
