These are old TGN Boar knots. I don't think they carry them anymore. I had two, used one here and gave another to a friend to cut up and make a climbing hold brush.

It's like turning hard foam. Chunks want to tear out instead of cut. Sharp tools is key and leave extra material and sand the extra away with coarser grit.

Chubby Boar
A simple brush, turned to replicate a Simpson Chubby. maybe the first of its kind with the boar knot, but maybe not. Spalted maple came from my friends wood pile. The knot is a TGN Boar.
