Well 2 things one I am a female so the need to use a straight razor really isnt there and I would be scared to death that I would slice myself open if I tried to use it on my legs lol

unfortunately I will not be able to use this has my dominant hand is not steady enough to use it.

What were the handles made of ?

I didnt think the box went with it but thats the box the razor was in when I was given it. Thanks for all the replies.

I have no idea how it shaves. It has set in the box in my dresser drawer for the last 27 yrs or so.

I have had this straight razor for 27 yrs. I have no idea how old this is or what it could be worth to a collector. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
