Yeah, it's just about 1-2mm thick nylon webbing by however wide you need it. If you have a place that sells camping supplies around you you could try there sometimes...

It's basically thick nylon webbing. Same stuff on the shoulder straps of your gym bag, or back pack, ruck sack, ect. I have heard of guys using old seat belts, and cut up denim to strop too.
