Again, the "trick" would be to buy for the amount needed to get free shipping. My guess would be the best way to do this would be to combine the purchase with others, or simply stock up...

If you order for a specific fee amount the shipping is free.

May be a possibility to do a group buy, or just make a larger purchase. On the I believe it's around 250ish USD

They will ship internationally. Haven't checked the rates yet, they might be a bit on the crazy side since everything in Norway costs about five times as much as everywhere else in the world.
