Thanks, James. Sounds like a Spaniard manufacturing straights in Solingen, at least until 1939. It is one mighty razor. An odd feeling after shaving with my lightweight extra hollows.

Help with History and Manufacturer of 14 "German Palmera"
I just received this razor yesterday and it looks exactly like the regular 14 Palmera, close to 15/16 width, a very heavy blade. It is half hollow and one side of the shank says 14 and Jose Lopez...
