Good Chablis is expensive. But I try to buy at least six bottles when I buy. I think it really rewards ten years of aging. And after waiting that long, you don't want to have only one bottle to enjoy.

I love white wines as much as reds. They ARE more unforgiving though. A bad white wine is really a bad glass of wine. But when they are good, they can be out of this world. Ten years on a Chablis is...

Two nice ones for today. Looks like the wife landed a sweet new job. A nice Cremant de Loire from one of the best winemakers on the planet and a Cheval Blanc with dinner.
