well It isn't my first time sanding, have sanded 2-3 other razors before. Just started at 180 to get out a bunch of small pitting. Will move to 280, 400, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, then Mothers polish

So I was looked no for cheap razors to practice restore/honing and I ran into this bueno razor. Removed the scales and cleaned them some now I am hand sanding blade. At the moment it is just at 180...
