I was wondering around the date it may have been made, and why it's called "The Washington razor", and anything else about it

I know I was thinking about going and turning myself in. I may ask them if I can still have the razor to shave with while I spend my lonely days behind bars lol :)

So I just got this Wade off of ebay the other day and I just recieved it in the mail today. Got it for only $17 on a buy it now listing. :) Well I dont know anything about this razor and was hoping...
