Not sure if they're bone, the pics aren't the best. Did you notice the vendor has only photographed one scale ?

My eyes aren't what they used to be.....maybe not so nibbly on the edge ?

I'd go with the Bismarck as the vendor has already put it aside for you and , I just checked the W and B and the edge looks a bit "nibbly", might take
some work to bring it to shave-ready.
