My personal experience is that you have to use D.R. Harris soap pucks for a few weeks
to "unpack" the subtle fragrance.

I say this because I've been "spoilt" by the heady...

I'm not good at reviewing shaving soaps, so I'll keep it short.
I bought the Windsor and have used it about 6 times over the last 2 weeks.
It's good, very good, and what you would expect from DRH....
