    I've always coated my razors with Ren Wax. Over time the gold wash will rub off, the wax will help preserve.

    Nice, I've always liked the Dovo Bismark. Im glad the grinding and finish is good. Are you going to put something like Renaissance Wax on it to protect the gold plating somewhat?
