The leather and fabric of SRD's strops are 19" long so thinking the replacement panels will be the same. Maybe Lynn can... -

I made the mistake of machine washing my 3 x 20" fabric strop on my Walkin' Horse strop. It shrank about 2" so doesn't line up anymore with the 20" leather. I've been making do by just holding both...
