I've made a second closer, and more detailed photo of a punc symbol. The scales probabily were switched, thus, they're a bit loose, and the fitting looks not original....

Some more info and possibillities - Grandpa, was a forced worked in Reich during WWII - it's possible, that he brought the razor with him, when he returned, so it could be a german manufacturer.

Scales, as far as I recognize, are made from ivory, but I can be wrong.
Still it requires some renovation, and sharpening - my grandpa...
