Thank you for the reply. The second razor seems to have the stamp on the tang much clearer. You can see the cross, the GB, and the anchor. The first one is vary faint. Does that matter as far as...

I am one of the people bidding on this razor. I have not seen a GB for quite sometime and the last one sold for around 650+. There is also another GB for sale on eBay that seems in much better...
