I "thought" I made them pretty thin as it was... .120 on the wedge end and .091 on the pin end Tapers down the whole way...
I guess that wasn't thin enough..LOL

It Was The Orignal One. Made The Scales The Same Thickness As The Originals. (Dial Calipers) So I Don't Understand....

The razor closes on center... or pretty darn close to it, I just wish I could get the wedge LOOKING like it fits right. :banghead:

Took it home, unpinned it cleaned it up a bit, made some new scales, CA finished them, out of Koa wood I got when we went to Hawaii and this is the end result:
