    Default Bengall

Stopped at an Antique store I have driven by 1,000 time that I thought was closed. It is less then 5 minutes from my house.
Went in and asked "the question" and he said he did have one in his case up front.
He did have one in back a while ago but someone helped themselves to it. .

It was a Bengall. I have been looking for one for a while (wish list) and asked to see it.
This is what he showed me:

Got to talking with him and he asked if I actually shaved with them. I said Yes I do and I LOVE it! He had a $35 price on it. I asked if he would take $30 and he said I tell you what... I will take $20!

Bengalls aren't fussy. They don't care about wedges as long as they close OK, and they'll just go about their business giving you a good shave no matter what.

Congratulations, I think it was an awesome price for an awesome razor, and you did an awesome job on the restoration.

    James.

Great stuff! I think the seller would be thrilled if you took the razor back and showed him what you did with it.

    Thanks Jimbo!
The razor closes on center... or pretty darn close to it, I just wish I could get the wedge LOOKING like it fits right.

It does shave AWESOME by the way!
