I have your site in my favourites and now and then I check the strop section.
Most recently I saw a strop you was selling 3inch Cordovan so I got my tape measure out...

I noticed that the suede leaves particles on the blade so after doing linen then suede I did a few more linen to have a clean blade for the leather.

I used my Kanayama today for the first time.
I did about 30 laps on the linen. I'm really impressed with that part. I softened it with fabric softener and it made a nice difference. Out of the box...

I might just get a knife and cut it, then I can relax ahhh:confused:

Thinking about it , ill do some linen then suede before the leather so I should be ready for it.
I haven't nicked a strop for about 6 months, when I received my 8/8th's...

I expected just normal leather really but the leather is so soft and supple .
I love touching it and sniffing it haha what do I sound like :/

I received my strop today.
I don't want to hang it until I receive the case . I use those yankee candles and im thinking the wax will infect my strop :dropjaw:
The linen part is drying...
