I would drop back to the 8k until its popping hairs above skin level. And until you have the 8k edges shaving well just keep the 12k to the side.

I think you have gone past where you want to on the 12k. Typically if I use the naniwa ss 12k its around 7-12 x-strokes.

If you look at your edge it is quite jagged. It should be nice clean and smooth.
