    Strange, my taidea is a lot harder than my...

    Strange, my taidea is a lot harder than my naniwa....at any rate the naniwas are best for the slight price bump, no point in "upgrading" later, you'd just be needlessly paying for hones twice.

    I have a Taidea 3K...it's okay, but for a bit...

    I have a Taidea 3K...it's okay, but for a bit more I would get the Naniwa combo stone instead. Better consistency and feedback in the Naniwas, and it's only peanuts more.
