Hey gssixgun, thanx for the link, these are exactly (one of) the ones i was looking for. Unfortunatey these exist for screw diameters of (i think) 3 diameters and up (in the store I went to today)....

I,m going to go to an inox screw, nautical shop to check if they have anything that I could use (btw what material are those from your link made of) if I find anything I can post the pictures

@JonasH: thanks for the link, I'm going to use sth like that due to the possibility of adjusting the length of a screw afterwards (aka dremel cutting, fileing)... ideally I would use a torx screw...
