I guess it depends on how fancy you want to go with the fear I suppose, the Norton set for $130 would be ok, I don't know about the history of honing but I can't imagine that massively fine grit...

norton starter set
Where in Australia can I get a reasonably priced Norton set, found one on amazon fir $130 but they won't ship to me, I have seen them for around $230 Australian but that is too much. Any good advice...
