Can you share a link to the YouTube you saw? I'm hunting for it, but haven't found it yet.

My chicken fryer is only about 2.5 inches deep, maybe 3 and is a larger diameter than the dutch ovens I have. Would do a couple of steaks the same though.

My best "grilled" rib eye steaks are made in a heavy cast iron chicken fryer under the broiler after searing on the stovetop. Smokes up the house, but a sweeter steak, I've never tasted. Only takes...
