Sorry lads got jipped camelboneknifehandles.com do have dyed bone in 6" & 7" options but the latest email confirming 7" is available he also decided to include that they have a 30 pairs minimum order...

camelboneknifehandles.com have come back with 6" options for most of their dyed bone but still waiting on if they have the 7" options

if you search dyed camel bone I found a couple only that go up to 5 1/4" max just short of what I need
