My arm and leg hairs are really thin and wispy... They tend to lie flat too.

I have a Hart steel razor with a slight smile which I honed on a set of shaptons (1k, 4k, 8k, 16k and 30k) I get the most incredible shaves both wtg and atg but it doesn't cut arm or leg hairs midway...
