The scales on mine were bad so i replaced them with some plastic generic ones. I keep looking for a henckel with a bad blade inexpensive enough to buy and replace these but the blade is great.

I just wonder if others have experienced what i have. I have run across a Henckel that shave close and clean as any solingen razor I've tried but as smooth and comfortable as any Sheffield I've used....
