Try using the X stroke all the time... it helps...
Try using the X stroke all the time... it helps ensure that the blade is uniformly stropped.

Is your wide strop flat?
Did you use an X...
Is your wide strop flat?
Did you use an X stroke on both strops (some folks only use it on narrow strops)?
