Well, actually found a few things, it appears to be a rescale job meant to deceive with a Morley blade and FW Engels scales I would bet. No biggie though, it came in a lot of "junk" razors I bought....

Got an unusual (well I think so anyway) W.H. Morley & Sons Clover Brand straight today and everything seems to be normal with the exception of the end caps. I search high and low in the net looking...
