That will clean up rather nicely. Can't wait to see the grain. Kinda looks tight and evenly spaced. Makes for interesting teardrop shapes in the grain face you can point up to logo. ;)

The finish is removed and they are ready for sanding. Might be maple can't tell yet. The #6 is 30mm with a handle bigger than all my others. I couldn't get the ferrel off the #4.

Yes, rag was black from lots of polishing. The oak wood is polish so the stain only goes into the pores and not in the grain. The highly polished surface is what gets the Chatoyancy to pop.
