I've dropped a post in the razor section which i've followed up on and found its between 1900-1932, it was a brand "the Mois" which imho makes pretty cool, a little bit of history to it :)

I bought it from a guy with great feedback with razors, he described it as "cleaned with no pitting to the blade, slight marks...
