Yes, that's what I figured. I do extra loading of the brush and it lasts on the face but the heat in the bowl kills it, more so than other soaps.

I haven't tried that scent but I did get my first B&M soap recently, Beaudelaire. It too is a scent like no other I've tried, incredibly earthy. Unfortunately the scent is very mild and doesn't last...
