Been playing around with acid etching to Create contrast, dark blade mirror polished everywhere else. I am really not liking the results, not to worry. I can Always sand and polish out, l'll see...

It really is pointy and sharp. I was walking in from my workshop shed in the dark and I had to put the razor in my pocket for safety as I thought if I trip I could scure myself.

A little more progress, I have set myself a three week timescale to finish all. Currently halfway through the rough grinding 40grit belt, onwards and upwards....

One to one is how I learn best. unfortunately I didn't now anyone in my area. It was YouTube videos, this forum and learning from past mistakes. Good man being so generous with your time.

I haven't done anything in ages, so it feels good to be doing stuff again.
