Well i think it´s not too bended, so with pliers and a little bit of care you can straighten the guard again. But wait for more experienced people to give some advise.

It´s a 1974 Gillette Black Beauty. Sorry but that is all i can tell you, some more pictures from different angles would be great for evaluating the condition of that bent guard.
