I just checked the ten day forecast for Burkburnett. Wow, high 60s and sunny all week! Well OK, partly cloudy and 60s on Sunday. It could hardly be better.

It's already worked into the price. I stayed there last year. Perfectly adequate IMO.

It's set up for 230 V. I guess I could rewire it for 110. It is only 8.6 full load amps at 230 V. we should easily be able to run it and Charlie's grinder on that one 230 V circuit if it is a 20 amp...
