I've gotten myself along both ears...... 1/4 cut. I'm always cautious when around that area.
And for some reason..... I have cut myself right above my Adam's Apple...... Did it twice.
No fun!

I haven't done that, but have have the odd cut cut here or there.
Some bleed more than others. No slices.
