Actually was impatient. Just took a small pocket knife and had it done in ten seconds. Sometimes the artistic nature of these blades makes me afraid to just do the simple stuff.

Its a wood scaled razor. Not really sure how the guy missed that. The scales look brand new. Nicely made scales otherwise. Shouldnt be too hard a fix. Just need a chance to get to the store.
