There was no smell and different companies added different smells for marketing/preference.never imagined it was two different products....

Didn't know there was any difference but it is in fact antiperspirant I used. Wife later clarified one prevents sweat as opposed to deodorant which is just fragrance.

It was a deodorant, degrees 48 hour protection or some such was what I have. It didn't song but maybe it would have have if I didn't hold the ice cube on the spot for a few minutes prior.

Just some regular Degree deodorant. Seems aluminum is a common ingredient in both aluminum and chap stick also was a suggestion but hasn't tried it.
