What grade of steel wool do you use to polish?

It holds the blade for you when polishing with sand paper, so you can work with two hands. As a nice addition, you reduce the risk of cutting yourself and chipping the blade.

Saw them as well, didn't bid as they don't have the weekdays engraved!
