Very nice. I guess as long as it tastes good that is what matters. I know the judging is more strict on what they want to see to lay it up for usage you should be fine.

Amazing to see the color difference. I think a lot of my honey was from honeysuckle that is massively invasive and is everywhere which made mine very light colored.

Most beekeepers have to filter a little to keep chunks out but the overall they don't take the pollen out.
