Id need to grind away about an 1/8 inch of steel to get it all at the same level as the rusted part. Then sand away until its all smoothed out. Im up for it if the only difference in the rusted away...

Got mine in the mail today. About 1/4 of the top has rusted away so its about 1/8 inch lower than the rest of the top.
