When a "Hazmat" vehicle is parked it has to have a Hazmat licensed operator with it at all times. Unless it's in a location that is fenced in and considered a (Cant think of the word)...

I got tired of waiting for someone to show up to give repairs. So i put on my thinking cap and figured out how to by-pass an air tank. Pin the bresk cans on the trailer so they are locked open. Now...

Im sitting at a large grocery store chain. Just delivered my load of gas but now have to wait for someone to figure out what to do about my broke down trailer. My clock is running out and im an hour...
