I do for the most part. Set bevel on the Shapton GS 1k, polish on the 3k GS, from there I got to Japanese Naturals.

It does take a bit of playing with to get the strokes figured out though :p

Yes they are addictive, but not for everyone, you have to be open to the posabilities of each stone :)
