Used the Flitz on a Greaves and it does seem a bit more aggressive than Mithers. It also has a smell kind of like Barkeeps Friend powder. It may have some additive like oxalic acid.

I finally found a local supplier of Flitz polish. I like Mother’s a lot. How do these products compare? Does anyone have experience with both?291967
