The aroma is pretty amazing too. Unfortunately, homemade bread just doesn’t seem to last as long as store bought. It doesn’t get stale or go off, it just seems to disappear more quickly.

Since most bbqs get much hotter than domestic ovens, pizza on the grill is way better and that little bit of char on the crust just adds to the flavour.
Have you tried cooking the crust directly... -
