Utility blades are easy to resharpen. Belt sander with appropriate grit belt. Boom! Great tool to cut sandpaper with. And you don't have to remove it to do.

Michael's crafts has some decent wood boxes that...
Michael's crafts has some decent wood boxes that could be set up easily. They have strip wood, and balsa etc. I like.the cigar "motiff" better. But it could work.
