Utility blades are easy to resharpen. Belt sander with appropriate grit belt. Boom! Great tool to cut sandpaper with. And you don't have to remove it to do.

The cheap ones can be sharpened easily so more bang for the buck and a half! Lol.

Michael's crafts has some decent wood boxes that could be set up easily. They have strip wood, and balsa etc. I like.the cigar "motiff" better. But it could work.
