I read it as manufactured razors in Church St, Bow St and Wellington St although lived in St Thomas St . Moving up to Sheffield after retiring 1851 approx.

He went a long way North when he retired. Maybe he had friends or family up north, most people don't just up sticks on a whim - especially in 1851, would have been a major undertaking.
