Oh well, I know that now. But the problem with my one was more about grinding. I never imagined the center of the edge of a straight razor can be off by 0.5mm to 1mm from where it should be.

This video perfectly explained why my razor's edge warped to the side. I can clearly see that the center part of the razor touching the hone much more than the tips. So if that happened to both sides...
